Padlocks

Turning a place of grief to place of love






Just a few of the padlocks that caught my eye while I was walking to the Old city :)

  2. I'm not a romantic person but the tradition sounds cute ^^ thanks for sharing the photos :)
    they have the love padlock tradition here too - after the official wedding ceremony a couple goes for a walk, visiting most popular (and beautiful for photos) sights around the city, one of them being a small bridge called the Bridge of Kisses, there r lots of padlocks there :))

    1. I think so too. At our weddings couples take pictures before and after the ceremony, there are a lot of gorgeous locations to take pictures, unfortunately I haven't seen anyone taking their pictures here, but it would be really nice to put a padlock there on the day of your wedding. For now as I could see a lot of tourists do it I don;t know about the locals.
